In late September and early October we had a period where our host went down for about 2-3 weeks. We were up for about 2 days in that span. When it went down again, we were really frustrated. When it came back for good, it was super, super slow.

As such, we deemed it the SMFNEW curse. Even after it came back, there were problems with the admin panel, timeouts and constant database errors. :|
