Please resize your photo to 400pixels, it is currently over the limit at 512 pixels.
Also, your title has been approved. If you could please also supply a sub title, such as "Traffic mayhem as highway becomes congested." It'd be appreciated.

Not trying to pick on you, this is largely because we *just* implemented the new requirements when you posted.
