Photo approved, submission needs modification.Please resize your photo to 400pixels, it is currently over the limit at 512 pixels.
Also, your title has been approved. If you could please also supply a sub title, such as "Traffic mayhem as highway becomes congested." It'd be appreciated.
Not trying to pick on you, this is largely because we *just* implemented the new requirements when you posted.
