I hire an assassin to kill you but you shoot him. By then I nuke your house. Somehow you survive (you might have been grocery shopping) but die of fright of the fact that your house got nuked. Or was it radiation....

In any case you died so I tamper with your will making me the Overlord of the Enterprise with NEW body armour!
