General Developments - August 2012

I haven't been uploading that much this year, being preoccupied by SimCity 4 add my CJ. However through the rest of the month I'm aiming for 2 major releases:

1. A New, Traditional Suburban Home
I often create specialized suburban houses, following a specific theme (like modern, rustic, etc.) However, I haven't created a typical suburban home in a while. So in production I have a house that is more typical suburban - of course furnished really nicely with a nice decor. This one should be up within a week, but I make no gurantees.

2. The Cookiecutter Series - Phase 3
I'm hoping to release another phase of unfurnished, "Cookiecutter" houses by months end. As usual, I'm thinking it will have 3 lots. I'm in the process of designing the houses and looking to real-life floorplans for inspiration.

So those are my plans for August. I'm hoping everything will work out... but we know what they say about plans.

Thanks! Obviously TCCS Phase III didn't make it, and that may be on the backburner for a while. I could see a slowdown for TS3 content slowing because I'm working on so many projects. I am thinking many will be released over the series of 1-2 weeks.

Those ideas are the kitchen set I am working on now, a modern/beach/desert house I am working on, in the beginning stages of construction and finally TCCS phase 3. Lots of work, but everything will be great once finally finished.

I understand, I have alot of BATs for SC4 that have slowed me down.

So, all of my current projects will likely be uploaded close together. My plan is upload several things at once, or within a day or two, in December. There may be something in November, but it is looking like December.
